Josie Eccles is originally from Ayrshire, but after falling in love with farming she is now an on-farm animal care assistant in the west of Scotland. She works for a large dairy rearing young-stock and is a relief milker for a dairy, but she lives and works on a beef farm for a wonderful family. Not from a farming background, she is not a farmer by birth but by heart, having grown up in a town.
