Georgina Lamb is the Senior Partnerships Manager at The Farming Community Network (FCN), where she works closely with the agricultural business community and organisations who support the charity. A first-generation beef farmer's daughter from Halifax, Georgina has spent most of her career in the farming charity sector supporting those who are dealing with difficulties and challenging times, as well as being hands-on at the family farm. Whilst recognising that as an industry farming isn't without its difficulties, Georgina is passionate about championing British agriculture and reinforcing the message that resilience, positivity and mindfulness is key in a successful farming business. Georgina is a regular on the conference scene and a familiar face to agricultural colleges and Young ²ÝÁñÉçÇø' Clubs across the North - where she loves to talk!
