Over 100 Wales YFC members made their way down to Cefn Sidan beach in Carmarthenshire to celebrate St David's Day a little differently.
Their record attempt was successful, and a new Guinness World Record title was set for the Longest Distance Game of Tug of War. The existing record to beat was 365 metres which was reset at 516.35 metres (1694 ft) by the federation.
Wearing red rugby shirts, YFC merchandise and daffodil hats the young farmers came together to attempt the Longest Distance game of Tug of War on the longest beach in Wales.
