Action star turned farmer Vinnie Jones had been 'lucky' to contain a straw bale fire before it got out of hand at his West Sussex farm in Petworth.
Mr Jones, who had a career as a footballer before transitioning to 'hard man' roles in Hollywood, has been documenting his farming antics as part of a Discovery+ series.
The former Leeds United and Wimbledon FA Cup winner said the blaze could have easily 'wiped out the whole barn'.

In the episode of his series - Vinnie Jones in the Country - one of his colleagues had been cutting steel in a barn using an angle grinder.

The sparks produced by the grinder's disc flew onto some bales of straw and quickly caught fire.
Luckily, the team saw the fire take hold and managed to put the fire out before it wiped out the surrounding bales.
Mr Jones, known for being Hollywood's 'tough guy' throughout his film career, shouted, 'You muppets!' as he noticed the straw on fire and quickly moved to extinguish the flames.
The series shows Mr Jones and his team renovating a 400 year-old holding and comes hot on the heels of the hugely successful Clarkson's Farm series - which follows the farming trials and tribulations of Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper.
