FG Kids Colour Crazy Competition Terms and Conditions

The following rules ("Rules") together with AgriBriefing Ltd ("the Publication" "²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at FGInsight.com ("the Competition") which will run from Thursday 23rd April 2020 until Wednesday 27th May 2020 at the latest ("the Duration"). The "newspaper" is ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the publication.

  1. Details of the Competition
    1.1 To enter the Competition, Entrants must colour the image of Terry the Tractor available to download from fginsight.com/fg-kids
    1.2 One Entrant will be chosen from all entries after the closing date by our Editor, Ben Briggs. If the Entrant is not eligible under these Rules, another Entrant will be selected to win.
    1.3 Contestants can play only once.
    1.4 The Publication reserves the right to change these rules at its own discretion and end the Competition early without notice.
  2. Eligibility
    2.1 Entrants must be under the age of 16, have permission to enter from their parent or guardian, be UK residents and live in the UK.
    2.2 The Publication reserves the right to reselect another Entrant/Contestant if any randomly selected Entrant's contact details supplied are non-responsive.
    2.3 The Publication reserves the right to disqualify from play any Entrant residing at the same address as a declared winner in this Competition (including, but not limited to, immediate family.). AgriBriefing reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered.
    2.4 Entrants who have previously won a prize of over £500 in value with the publication within the last six months will not be eligible to enter this Competition, nor will any person residing at the same address as that Entrant.
    2.5 The publication reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to the Competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
    2.6 AgriBriefing and ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose entry is not received.
    2.7 AgriBriefing reserves the right to disqualify anyone entering a competition on behalf of another person.
  3. Prize
    3.1 The Prize is 1 x Lego tractor.
    3.2 The Prize is non-transferable. i.e. the prize will only be sent out to the declared winner upon the completion of Covid-19 lockdown.
    3.3 AgriBriefing and ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Guardian reserve the right to add to, or amend, the Prize at any time.
    3.4 Winners will be informed about prize fulfilment with the given contact details.
    3.5 Winners must supply full name, full name of parent or guardian, telephone number and email address for contact purposes around their prize collection.
