Senior Lettings Consultant Rickmansworth

Salary 12,000 - 16,000 plus commission

Our client are an extremely well established residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management based in Rickmansworth.

They are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their office. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will establish relationships with both landlords and tenants, match tenants' requirements with available properties, conduct viewings and ultimately complete the lettings process from start to finish.

Duties to include:

* Managing customer enquiries

* Registering applicants and landlords

* To be aware of all lettings stock on the market and provide good knowledge on each

* Manage the database and keep up to date on a weekly basis.

* In line with managing the database, you will be expected to discuss with applicants potential

properties coming to market.

* Booking and carrying out viewings and ensuring we get feedback from the prospective tenants

* Deal with offers and feedback and discuss with Landlords

* Have a competent level of administration skills, in order to help with day to day jobs.

* Have knowledge of canvassing and take note of potential properties to tout

* Be able to provide all necessary information to a potential Landlord of all three services we offer and highlighting the main points as to why a Landlord should choose us.

* Meet with the Lettings Manager on a weekly basis to discuss feedback and stock

* To discuss targets on a monthly basis with the Lettings manager.

There will also be times where the Lettings Manager will need help with the property management area of the business and this will entail the following:

* All management related tasks Booking any works orders through CRM system and then emailing across to our preferred contractors

* Contracts & Renewals

* Management visits which take place every 3 months after a managed tenancy starts.

Future expectations:

* To carry out market appraisals.

* Provide ideas to the team on winning new business

* Work with the Lettings manager by strategy planning for agricultural growth approaching small businesses.

* You will be expected to pass your Level 3 Property mark qualifications
