Assistant to the Chief Executives Office
Hours: 5 days per week, hours negotiable between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 2 years fixed term
Based: Central Norwich
Salary: 19,000 to 22,000 per annum full time equivalent depending on experience
This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to make a positive difference for the wildlife of Norfolk, through the use of excellent ICT and organisational skills.
We are looking for someone to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Chief Executives Office and coordinate arrangements for the senior management team.
The successful candidate will have strong ICT skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, excellent oral and written skills, highly organised with the ability to deal with high work volumes whilst maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Closing date for applications is midday on 10th February 2020
Interviews are due to take place in Norwich in the week commencing 24th February 2020
