Tributes have been paid to a popular Northern Irish agri-businessman who has died in a quad bike incident.
Denis Lyn, 63, was the founder and chairman of meat and food manufacturer Finnebrogue, based in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland.
It is understood he died following a quad bike incident on Sunday May 2.
The firm described Mr Lyn as 'an innovator and a visionary' who had an 'infection passion for delivering positive change for the planet and its people'.
"It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Denis Lynn," a statement said.
"Our thoughts are with Denis's wife Christine, his children Kerry, Clare, Tara and Ciara and the entire family at this incredibly difficult time.
"He leaves behind an extraordinary list of achievements.
"Denis also leaves behind Finnebrogue and a vision for its future. Finnebrogue was his creation. It now falls on all of us - the Finnebrogue family - to continue his outstanding work."
